Thanks for a great moving experience.

We chose your company for 2 main reasons, price and customer service.

We sent many emails to different companies and some didn't even respond.

You responded promptly to all my emails and I felt confident that the great customer service would be an indication of the type of service I would receive. We weren't disappointed, we were kept updated throughout the move and your staff were polite and considerate.

They took great care with our furniture and were very efficient. We moved the same amount of furniture the same distance 12 months prior to this move and paid 3 times the amount and the service wasn't any better.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company.

Last Monday, 23rd March, Paul and Jason assisted us in moving. We want you to know that these two men were absolutely great. They worked quickly, efficiently and with good humour, on a day that is stressful at the best of times! They took great care of our belongings, especially with things that we had marked "precious or fragile".

We have now completed the unpacking at our new home and I have found everything to be as it was before we left our old home.

I had recently used your removalist company to move our furniture from Bradbury NSW to Robina QLD, and would like to thank you for the professional job that was done, i had arranged the move from QLD and thought that it would be a nightmare, but found it to be a great experience thanks to you.

When your truck arrived to Bradbury they notcied that there where somethings that i had not included on the quote and called me right away to go through it, because there was alot more than i had imagined, i thought that the price was going to be through the roof, but to my surprise it was only a couple of hundred extra which was great.

I found dealing with yourself and your removalist was great they where polite and professional.

So i would like to thank you for helping us make our life changing move a pleasent one, you took out a lot of the stress for us and we could not be more grateful.

I just would like to give you some feedback on the delievery service was done on 110909 at Runcorn.

My mum and I are very pleased to say the service was brilliant and excellent!!! The two guys been very patient with my mother(non english speaker ^_^) and they were very helpful. Please ped on their back for the great job they done for my mum and they deserve some kind of recognition.

Good morning Jim/Alan,

We wish to thank you for the professional and courteous way in which you handled the pick-up from our home in Robina on Friday, and consequent delivery of the "goodies" to our son in Rose Bay on Sunday.

Christian has reported that the boys were most helpful when delivering the goods and everything is in good condition.

I had mentioned to one of the boys (I am sorry I don't recall his first name) if he would make sure Christian didn't do any heavy lifting due to a recent operation and apparently he was most conscientious about that. It's much appreciated.

You do run a good and professional business (and being business people on the Gold Coast ourselves for over 30 years we know it's not always all good)!!!

Jim,

My wife and I are now in Newcastle and enjoying the beach side city. Your team who picked up (Brisbane) and delivered (Newcastle) our belongings did an amazing job. It was the first time we have moved using a moving company and your team put us to ease right away. No other company was able to compete with your price and give us a same day delivery. Although the delivery was made in the middle of the night to a garage of a friend no noise was made and even their security dog was not alerted. We just wanted to let you know that we were highly impressed and thankful that all our belongings made it safe and sound without any stress.

Could I please get a tax invoice for the job for my records.

We will not go to anyone else but your team for any other moving needs of ours.
